Our CEO, Dr. Chase Cunningham:
Dr. Chase Cunningham (CPO USN Ret.) proactively seeks out cyber threat tactics and technical indicators of various threat groups. He is regularly cited as an expert on cyber security and contributes to white papers and other publications. He is also the co-author of The Cynja, a comic designed to educate children about security threats and online best practices.
He was the chief of cyber analytics for Decisive Analytics Corporation in Arlington, VA, where he acted as the principal lead on several research and development efforts. In this role, he led the authoring of a comprehensive paper on cyber workforce framework implementation that has been adopted by a partner nation as its cornerstone cyber future framework initiative.
He also was the lead computer network exploitation expert for the U.S. Joint Cryptologic Analysis Course in Pensacola, Fla. His work was critical in developing the newly founded cyber training curriculum now used by the Department of Defense and different intelligence agencies’ military subcomponents.
He is medically retired from the U.S. Navy in 2011. His time in the military was spent in direct operational support of U.S. Intelligence agency operations abroad. In his last assignments as a Chief Cryptologic Technician, Cunningham managed all research and development of cyber entities to assess threat vectors, network forensics, and methodologies of cyber actors across the intelligence community.
Dr. Cunningham also acted as the senior cyber/Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) analyst for many new mission threads. He handled all DNI reporting, analytics, coordination, and research. His analysis prompted action from various intelligence community agencies, including Federal Bureau of Investigation, Treasury, Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Office of Naval Intelligence, Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security, and the National Security Agency.
Our President, George D. Bower
Mr. Bower has worked in IT industry since 1983 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has over 30 years of Enterprise level IT solution consulting and implementation experience having worked for such leading IT companies as Harris Computing Systems a division of Harris Corporation, Cray Research Supercomputer Corporation, Intergraph and SDRC (now Siemens).
Client past performance experience includes the Air Force, Navy and Army, Lockheed Martin, Textron, Bell Helicopter, Northrop Grumman, Huntington Ingalls, Emerson, L-3 Communications and Triumph Aircraft.
He also founded Axis Technologies in 1998. The company is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise, Small Disadvantaged Business. The company is also holds a Defense Security Service (DSS) Clearance. He holds a TS Security Clearance and is the FSO for the company.
At Crusade Partners, Mr. Bower along with Dr. Cunningham, are building a Services and Solutions portfolio. Their services center around Enterprise IT Services (Consulting and Staff Augmentation), Project Management and Contract Services. Industry verticals served include Federal, DoD, A&D, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance.
Cyber Security Specialist, Identity Management, Forensics
Ura Camacho is a US Marine Veteran with honorable discharge and holds the following Certifications and Credentials: CEH and ISO 27002, a Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico Bayamon Campus and a graduate certificate (Entrepreneurship Development Program) from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
In his University Years Mr. Camacho was elected as a Trustee of the University of Puerto Rico (2000) where he was responsible in managing as a trustee board member a total over 900MM of public funds and participating in multiple committees while creating public policy for the Public University System of 11 Campuses and over 70,000 students at the time. Prior to the board of Trustees, Mr.Camacho for 2 years was a member and Senator on the president central board, where he also participated in many committees including curriculum design and review, budgeting, student affairs, academic affairs,etc.
Mr. Camacho was recruited by a Dept. of Defense Agency as a computer scientist and worked in the areas of INFOSEC and SIGINT. He is also involved in several entities as an advisor in the areas of Identity Management, compliance, cyber security, Digital Forensics, Education and Innovation.
Mr. Camacho has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Identity Management, Biometrics, Information Security, Logical and Physical Access Control, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Credentialing, Digital Signatures Automation protocols, Complex Software integration, Regulatory Compliance(FISMA,HIPAA,PCI,HSPD), Project Implementation;
In the product development projects; he has experience developing Innovative solutions and services following compliance in the area of secure transaction gateways, Multiple Factor Authentication, Biometrics secure implementations, smart cards, and secure Information sharing.
As part of his projects and industry past performance Mr. Camacho has been responsible in developing and implementing several technology solutions, products and security compliance protocols in the areas of: Government, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Education, Banking, Professional Associations, among others.
As part of his volunteer work he is a member of several projects and non-profit organizations in the areas of: US Veteran Support (LiftaVet –Puerto Rico resident agent), Information Technologies (AITP-Puerto Rico Chapter), Entrepreneurship, education and Cyber Security (Metro Innovation Center –Inter-American Univ. Metro Campus), Cynja Comic Book supporter and distributor in PR, FBI-Infraguard (former board member of the San Juan Chapter). Mr.Camacho also serves as a lecturer in the area of information technology, regulatory compliance, and entrepreneurial topics with over 12 years of experience.
